Boston College Libraries seek a Digital Production Librarian to  build and develop the digital library at Boston College.  This key role will support the mission of the Digital Library program at BC by managing all aspects of digital capture and ingest, including overseeing operations and output, establishing and documenting projects and processes, and supervising staff. The Libraries are developing a strong program in Digital Initiatives and Services, and the Digital Production Librarian will work closely with the Head of the Digital Library Program and in concert with a dynamic and collaborative team. Applying professional skills in project management and digital collections, and technical abilities in metadata manipulation and repository ingest, he or she will ensure efficient capture and ingest of an ever-increasing amount of digital content being made available online via innovative services and technologies.
