Associate University Librarian for Content & Collections University of Minnesota Minneapolis The University of Minnesota University Libraries seeks a strategic leader for the position of Associate University Librarian (AUL) for Content & Collections. Reporting to the University Librarian, the AUL is a member of the senior leadership of the Libraries and plays a lead role in fostering collaborative strategies to shape a robust and sustainable environment for scholarly content. The Content & Collections division embraces a broad portfolio and the full spectrum of responsibilities around the development, management, preservation, and dissemination of content resources. Required qualifications include an ALA accredited Masters in Library/Information Science or equivalent combination of advanced degree and relevant experience, and substantial experience within a research library (or related) environment, including administrative experience. A second advanced degree and leadership experience within an organization of comparable scope and complexity are preferred.
