Greetings:

 

The DLF Assessment Interest Group (AIG), created in the spring of 2013, provides a space for practitioners to discuss assessment efforts related to digital libraries.

 

During the 2015 DLF Forum, the current four working groups that make up AIG (Analytics, Citations, Costs, and User Studies) will update the public on their achievements to date as well as hold a working lunch to discuss future steps for AIG. The events at the 2015 DLF Forum include:

 

Collaborative Efforts to Develop Best Practices in Assessment: A Progress Report

Monday, October 26th, 1:30-2:30 p.m.

This session will give an overview of all four working groups in the DLF AIG (Analytics, Citations, Costs, and User Studies).

Digital Library Assessment Lunch

Tuesday, October 27th, 12:15-1:20

This working lunch will explore next steps, with a heavy emphasis on community feedback

 

Each working group has a white paper or tool which they completed or for which they are seeking feedback from the public. The AIG encourages those interested in analytics, citations, costs, or user studies to read over the respective group’s work prior to the Forum:
