Automation Specialist Hammond Public Library Hammond REQUIREMENTS: B.S. in computer science or related subject OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. High degree of computer and network literacy. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to work independently with attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. SALARY: $38,312 - $48,473. USUAL HOURS: 38 hrs. per week including early mornings, 2 evenings and Saturday rotation. MAJOR TASKS: Administer the Library computer network, automated library system and webpage. Grant writing. Compile system-wide statistics. Maintain inventory for IT equipment.
