This is a new fixed term appointment to support the introduction and establishment of digital preservation at the University of Melbourne. The incumbent will be required to develop and implement policies, procedures and guidance, for the effective preservation
of digitised and born-digital research assets, including research data and records; and research output. The role also involves the identification and integration of systems and processes to ensure that the University's digital research product remains accessible,
re-usable and understandable in the future; and that the authenticity, integrity and reliability of digital material in a wide range of formats is retained over time.
Salary: $80,298 - $86,922 p.a. plus 9.5% superannuation
