I was the admin of a Mailman server supporting a few dozen lists while at Minitex and found it to be really robust. It has somewhat fewer subscriber options than Listserv if I recall, but the web UI is orders of magnitude faster than any Listserv install I've ever used. Thanks for your work on this!
