This reminder of an upcoming deadline comes to us from the Division of Preservation and Access at the NEH:
The National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) announces the 2016 solicitation for “Common Heritage.” NEH’s Common Heritage program will support community archiving projects through grants of up to $12,000 awarded to community cultural organizations. Application guidelines and a list of FAQs for the Common Heritage program are available on NEH’s website at http://www.neh.gov/grants/preservation/common-heritage. The application deadline for the next cycle of Common Heritage grants is May 12, 2016. The second round of Common Heritage digitization days is expected will begin in 2017.
