Solutions that utilize technologies you already support are preferable because it's hard to do things well if you're spread too thin. Plus, there will be heck to pay if you depend on individuals with unique combinations of skills as they will eventually leave through the natural passage of time. Having said that, no matter which route you take, you'll need a good way to migrate things in and out. If you can do that, you'll be safe. Kyle
