Hi folks, The fiscal continuity interest group has been meeting over the summer and is working on preparing information and options for the Code4Lib community to consider later this fall on the following questions: * Can we identify a partner willing to act as a long(er)-term fiscal host for the annual conference? * Will creating some sort of legal entity for Code4Lib's annual conference be necessary or useful for working with a fiscal host? If so, what would be the best form? We have made inquiries to several potential fiscal hosts about what may be possible; those investigatory conversations are ongoing.
