Roy, Sumana's name was removed from the nominee list by the same person that put it there. Also note that Sumana has already given a keynote address (2014 conference: http://code4lib.org/conference/2014). -Joshua Joshua Gomez | Sr. Software Engineer Getty Research Institute | Los Angeles, CA (310) 440-7410 ________________________________ From: Code for Libraries <[log in to unmask]> on behalf of Roy Tennant <[log in to unmask]> Sent: Thursday, October 6, 2016 11:17 AM To: [log in to unmask] Subject: Re: [CODE4LIB] 2017 LA Conference Keynote Speaker: Invitation to nominate speakers Please be careful when editing the wiki page for keynote speakers. I had gone to the page shortly after it was announced and noticed that someone had nominated Sumana Harihareswara. Then I went to the page today and she was gone, but a few other people had been nominated. Since it was a wiki, I could recover the missing nomination but no one should have do that.
