Dear colleagues,
The day has arrived! Register for the Annual VRA Conference (March 28-April 1, 2017) in Louisville, KY, at Early Bird
rates through February 28, 2017! Registration will continue online at the full rate up until March 17, 2017, then continue on site the week of the conference.
Complete your registration at http://vra.memberclicks.net/2017_vra_34_conference_registration. Current
members will be prompted to log in with their MemberClicks ID and password through the registration form (scroll down, do not click log in at the top), while non-members will have the opportunity to join and register through the same single form.
One big change this year is the payment structure for the workshops. One workshop is included in your registration fee,
and any additional workshops are $15 each.
A few tips to remember about registration:
· You can submit multiple conference registration forms. This may be helpful if
you're using one form of payment (i.e., an institutional credit card), and another for special events/tours.
· Check the conference
SCHED, early and often, as updates to walking tours, meetings, etc. will be posted there. If you find that you need to change your registration once it's been submitted, please contact me.
· Workshops and tours fill up fast, and are on a first come, first served basis
- once the enrollment limits are reached, registration closes for those. So if there is something you're really interested in, it's best to act early!
