The Code4Lib Scholarship Committee is pleased to announce the Code4Lib 2017 Conference Diversity Scholarship awardees. The scholarship provides up to $1200 per awardee to cover the costs of attending the 2017 Code4Lib conference in Los Angeles, California, March 6-9, 2017. These scholarships were made possible by generous donations from The MIT Libraries; Equinox Software; Northwestern University; University of Miami Libraries; The University of Arizona Libraries; School of Information Sciences, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign; Rutgers School of Communication and Information; Bess Sadler and Mark Bussey; and the Code4Lib community. Many thanks to all the donors who made these scholarships possible! The committee received applications from forty highly qualified candidates this year, and it was a humbling experience to select just eleven recipients.
