LITA Heads of Library Technology Interest Group (HoLT) is a place for library technology leaders to meet and discuss topics regarding technology and library leadership in libraries and discuss with peers potential solutions to issues that arise. LITA HoLT is perfect for library technology managers, assistant directors, and team leads, as well as any librarians aspiring to those positions. We are seeking a short presentation (10-15 minutes long) on issues relating to Leadership and Library Technology to serve as a starting point for further discussion.
