I would write the script to generate both a MARC record and an RDF file,
and I would use the RDF on id.loc.gov as a guide:
http://id.loc.gov/authorities/names.html
(sample RDF: http://id.loc.gov/authorities/names/n78095660.rdf)

Then load the MARC records into your ILS or whatever, and put the RDF on a
public web server. If you know in advance where the RDF will be published
you can probably add the link in your MARC record when you create it.
