Hi Folks! The ALA ALCTS Interest Group Role of the Professional Librarian in Technical Services is looking for two volunteers to serve as Co-Vice Chairs in 2018 and as Co-Chairs in 2019. The 2018 Co-Chairs are Michelle Hahn and Tiewei Liu. The co-chairs ex-officio is Mingyan Li. You will work with us to plan and hold RPLTS-IG sessions at ALA Midwinter and Annual. You will be expected to attend both the Midwinter meeting and the Annual conference during 2018 (as Co-Vice Chair) and 2019 (as Co-Chair), and to participate in session planning and delivery. No prior experience is needed; the Co-Vice Chairs learn the ropes during the first year working with the Co-Chairs and co-chairs ex-officio.
