Interested qualified applicants are encouraged to apply for a new position with two vacancies at the Library of Congress, in the Digital Collections and Management Services Division: Librarian (Senior Digital Collections Specialist). Digital Content Management Section staff collaborates with other Library curatorial units, technical staff, and external organizations to establish best practices, implement new and streamline existing digital workflows, identify digital content management problems, and propose solutions for the content within the scope of the section. These are the first of a series of new positions for the division, and will report to Trevor Owens, who has recently been appointed supervisor of the Digital Content Management Section in the Digital Collections Management and Services Division.
