Responsibilities of the position evolve as the library environment continues to change. In addition to contributing to policy and procedure decisions, developing workflows, and seeking creative approaches for metadata management, you will foster an environment of collaboration and innovation. The position also includes some reference and departmental contact components, so the successful candidate will also be able to directly interact with students and faculty on campus and make a personal impact in these areas.
