Do you love troubleshooting and helping people understand and fix metadata problems? That's the essence of this role at Crossref. One of only 30 people worldwide and working with 10,000 members in 114 countries, you would be part of a small but mighty organization helping to link up research outputs for the benefit of society. We are looking for a savvy technical metadata guru to move Crossref toward a philosophy of Open Support. You'd be the central point of escalation for the most complex (and interesting!) queries, bridging member experience with DevOps and product development.
