Dear Ben: Thanks!! Yes our Labs department is great!! Ben and Josh are both very nice and I am reaching out to them again, my schooling had to be put on pause for a bit. I was not trying to critique NYPL, though like any human institution is has flaws. It was more of a commentary of being in a work place and school environment that feel very different and trying to bring those two worlds together.
