Dear all I wanted to share a reminder about the up-coming EuropeanaTech 2018 Conference. You can find the whole program and more info at: https://pro.europeana.eu/ event/europeanatech-conference-2018 Description Following on from successful EuropeanaTech conferences in 2011 and 2015 we are delighted to announce EuropeanaTech 2018, putting Tech at the centre of the European Year of Cultural Heritage The conference will be held on the ss Rotterdam, 15-16 May 2018. The ss Rotterdam has a long and rich history. “La Grande Dame” was constructed in Rotterdam, traveled between the Netherlands and America, and is now back in Rotterdam. It will bring together representatives of the Europeana ecosystem and other world digital libraries to inspire each other, transfer knowledge and make technology related recommendations for the future of Europeana and digital cultural heritage. During two days the network of technical specialists from GLAM, research institutions and creative industries to network will get together and share their progress with others, discuss topics of huge interest to the Europeana community, and advise on data, discovery and delivery. The event will target 350 developers, researchers, technologists and data specialists with cultural heritage interests and from cultural heritage institutions, and will be sponsored by the EuropeanaTech community.
