I think that we need to make some decisions before we can get into
processes.

Right now, we have:

   - Website — Drupal 7
   - Journal — Wordpress 4.9
   - Wiki — MediaWiki
   - Planet — Planet Venus (I think)

The Journal is hosted at UNC. Everything else is hosted at Oregon State. I
don't know if we need to move the Journal.

If we are going to move to Jeckll, I thing that work should be done before
the move.

At this point, I have offered a server on AWS. I think that the next step
is to find a project manager.
