Introductory Samvera Camp - Duke University September 24-27, 2018 Data Curation Experts is pleased to offer our next introductory Samvera Camp hosted by Duke University in beautiful Durham, NC. Samvera Camp is open to all developers interested in building skills working with the Samvera technology stack, and is especially focused on the needs of those who are new to the Samvera technology stack and community. High-level course topics include: Ruby, Rails, and collaborative development using Github The Samvera framework including Fedora and Solr Content and Metadata management Introduction to Blacklight, including search and faceting Advanced Topics and Participant Q&A This camp will be led by Mark Bussey & Bess Sadler from DCE and Carolyn Cole from Penn State.
