Hello everyone, In response to the call for Duty Officers (DO) for the 2019 Code4lib conference, we have put together a preliminary list of volunteers who offered to take on the role of on site and online DO: On-Site Shawn Ellis Erin Fahy Bobbi Fox Wayne Graham Chad Nelson Whitni Watkins Online Megan Kudzia Considering the sensitive nature of the role, representatives of the Local Planning Committee (LPC) are now working on finalizing the DO list. If there are any concerns surrounding either the on-site or online list with regard to safety, please use this anonymous form at https://c4l19.libraryexchange.org/. This period is also an opportunity for feedback on the 2019 volunteers for DO co-coordinators (Francis Kayiwa and Anne Slaughter) and the 2019 LPC liaisons to the DO team (Nicole Johnson and Mark Matienzo). Feedback will be reviewed by 2018 duty officers Christie Peterson < [log in to unmask]> and Galen Charlton <[log in to unmask]>, who may also be directly emailed individually or separately. The specifics of any feedback received will be held in strictest confidence. Due to the low number of volunteers, we have decided to keep the volunteer form open and continue recruiting during the community feedback period.
