DPLAfest 2019 is less than two months away and we are thrilled to reveal the full program of sessions, lightning talks, and roundtable discussions. With content on everything from virtual reality and machine learning in libraries and the independent publishing “tidal wave” to community archiving and best practices for rights statements implementation, DPLAfest will have something for anyone interested in building, sharing, exploring, and innovating in digital content!

Taking place at Chicago Public Library’s Harold Washington Library Center on April 17-18, 2019, DPLAfest will explore how libraries, archives, museums, and other cultural organizations across the country leverage technology to serve, inform, and empower communities.
