This individual will collaborate with the Collection Management Team in managing the lifecycle of electronic resources, improve discoverability and usability of our collections. For consideration, a Master's degree in Library Science from an ALA accredited program, information science, or foreign equivalent and a minimum of two years of metadata management required; three years preferred. Experience with integrated library systems/library platforms, bibliographic knowledge bases, and a working knowledge of discovery layers. Knowledge of automating repetitive data manipulation tasks employing tools and techniques such as MARCEdit, Open Refine, and/or scripting for text and data parsing preferred.
