Hi Jenny, Every place I've worked except one over the past 20 years allows remote work. No two policies were the same -- not a surprise given that the missions, duties, and environments were different. What appears most effective in my experience is for the manager to determine what's appropriate on a case by case basis. kyle On Thu, Apr 18, 2019 at 9:17 AM Jenny Lane <[log in to unmask]> wrote: > I have heard through the grapevine that our library's HR department is > developing a work from home policy that could have a major impact on my > team.
