If you are looking for a unique recipe for the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday, how about
a 4,000-year-old Babylonian stew? The recipes,
highlighted by National Public Radio (NPR) this month,
are part of the Yale Babylonian Collection,
a 2018 Digitizing Hidden Special Collections and Archives grant recipient. One recipe was titled "Unwinding", which could refer to the loosening of the hard vegetarian ingredients, or it could have been a suggestion for the diner. My suggestion is to unwind,
eat some tasty food, and peruse the latest jobs on the Job Board!
