Responsibilities include collaborating with the Patient Education Office to connect patients and families with quality health information, support patient health literacy efforts to leverage health system technology in the delivery of health information to patients, educate practitioners about consumer health information resources, participate in the libraries’ information and research services, and develop and deliver instruction.
