Hello everyone,

DLF’s Digital Accessibility Group will host their webinar, “Inclusive Design and Accessible Exhibits: Some guidance for Libraries, Galleries, and Museums” on Monday, October 12th at 3 PM ET/12 PM PT. Galleries, libraries, archives and museums (GLAM) are expected to create inclusive and accessible exhibits to engage the full spectrum of communities. In this presentation, Sina Bahram reviews principles of universal and inclusive design through the lens of GLAM exhibits, interactives, and performances. Visual description, web accessibility, and fully inclusive digital interactives are just some of the topics presented. Sina’s presentation will help your organization recognize so-called accessibility challenges as opportunities for innovation while explaining how to anticipate and design for a widening spectrum of needs of visitors.
