Hi Marijane and Tim, I use a PC - Windows 10 with the Firefox browser. I don't see any cog wheel or word Settings in FF to adjust video quality. Tim, thank your for confirming that the "words" in the YT video are not clear in 380p. I don't know how to change the view to 1080p in FF nor how I can ensure that what I download remains in 1080p and then when I watch it offline it remains later in 1080p. Perhaps, there's a VLC Media Player setting to set which will display the YT video in 1080p? If you find you use a Media Player you think is better than VLC and it;'snot a MAC-only application, what media player do you use? Thank you so much!
