It’s a new year!  NDSA has a new calendar!  

If you are interested in knowing when any or all of the NDSA group meetings are, the NDSA website displays this information. You are also able to add this calendar to your personal calendar by subscribing to the "NDSA Meeting Schedule" calendar, guidance is provided below.  If you were previously subscribed to the NDSA calendar, you should remove that calendar and add the new one instead.

If you are only interested in adding a standing meeting or two to your own calendar, copy and paste the information from the NDSA calendar event you are interested in and create a calendar event on your own calendar.  Use the email communications from group chairs for any changes. If you prefer to add specific call information into your own event, call-in information can be found on the linked meeting minute/agenda documents in each calendar event.  

Due to the openness of these standing meetings it is not feasible to create meeting invites for interested parties and they would need to be edited each time a new member wanted to join.

For Google Users

• Click the +GoogleCalendar button at the bottom of the calendar

• Instructions for adding someone else's Google calendar (Google support)

• Instructions for how to subscribe to a Google Calendar or share your calendar with someone, so you can see each other's schedules (Business Insider)

For Microsoft and Other Users

• See your Google Calendar in Outlook (Microsoft support)

• ICAL feed address: https://calendar.google.com/calendar/ical/fg6iub16qrebcjrkl3j38h87cg%40group.calendar.google.com/public/basic.ics.

• Other calendar clients should have a similar process as Outlook to subscribe to the calendar via an ICAL feed.
