Can you pls privately email me that list? When have you found Zoho Unattended Access to be most effective? e.g. when patons are using library web site sources remotely (from home)? We generally are asked by patrons to look over their shoulders as they use publish PCs to work in Word, Excel, Publisher, etc. There seems to be a puch-back from administration about offering open source software on our public PCs. Is there any built-in vulnerability with open spruce software as long as you download it from the developer's site and not some mirror site? Why would GIMP male the library's public computers more vulnerable to badware than MS Word? Thank you! Charles. Below is an exported list of installed software. For some reason, Vivaldi doesn't appear. I've eschewed having Chrome on our computers in favor of Vivaldi which can have Chrome extensions installed. One other software addition is to be Zoho Unattended Access <https://www.zoho.com/assist/unattended-remote-access.html>. That will allow staff to easily gain remote access to a public computer if a patron needs assistance. It also supports a number of management features, file transfer and video, voice & text chat. For contact-less support, it seems to be our best option.
