Hello everyone, I have created a free named entity recognition textbook with Jupyter Books. It is hosted on GitHub, but can be found at: http://ner.pythonhumanities.com/ It is an early draft and there may be a few typos. If you see anything that needs further explanation, feel free to let me know. It is designed for non-specialists who have no prior knowledge of natural language processing or named entity recognition. There is a final section of the textbook that will be added later. I am currently waiting on permission to host the data for those final notebooks. William Mattingly
