My favorite is BigBlueButton. Especially when people are forced to participate (students) as this software respects their data privacy. Ideally in the end people would self-host this software. https://www.senfcall.de The interaction (upvoting questions and polling) would have to be done off-site, but I think this goes for all systems I know.
