Just an FYI about LibreOffice and MS Word and document formats... MS Word dropped support for WordPerfect documents about 10 years ago. LibreOffice opens them just fine. More amazingly, MS Word doesn't support its own, *really* old MS Word .doc files from the early '90s, but LibreOffice does.
