I love a day that starts with good news. First, CLIR announced the publication of a symposium report in English, French, Haitian Creole, Portuguese, and Spanish that recommends equitable practices for enhancing engagement with librarians, archivists, and other cultural heritage professionals in Latin America and the Caribbean. Second, the Digitizing Hidden Special Collections and Archives regranting program announced an award from The Mellon Foundation that supports a shift in thematic focus to collections of historically marginalized people and opens eligibility to Canadian nonprofit organizations. Third? The job board digest, of course! Stay warm...only 31 more days until spring!
