This Friday, CLIR and DLF will be closed in honor of the new national holiday, Juneteenth. If you are looking for ways to celebrate, register to attend "On Juneteenth” with Harvard professor and Pulitzer Prize-winning author Annette Gordon-Reed (6-17, 7pm CDT), or become a citizen archivist with the U.S. National Archives and Records Administration (a DLF member) and help fill in gaps of African Americans in the historic record.
