NEDCC Digital Preservation Training News ********************************** Registration Now Open for the next TWO sessions of: Digital Directions: Fundamentals of Creating and Managing Digital Collections November 15-17, 2021 OR February 1-3, 2022 Back by Popular Demand! Join us for a comprehensive overview of digital preservation, presented by information professionals with deep experience in the preservation of cultural heritage materials. During three half-days of live, interactive, online training, you will learn about good practices and practical strategies for creating and managing digital collections, and you'll gain confidence in decision-making for the preservation of your digital assets. We are presenting the program twice in the coming months, since the Digital Directions sessions are capped at 125 participants to ensure that each attendee has opportunities to interact with both faculty and attendees. Students are welcome - a student discount is available. Scholarships available through DPOE-N. Eligible Certified Archivists earn 6 ARCs.
