Hi Erich, Have you looked into the Alma Print Daemon? It has really simplified our printing with Alma. https://developers.exlibrisgroup.com/blog/how-to-set-up-and-use-the-alma-print-daemon/ Prior to that we used a generic email account to collect the print jobs from Alma and a couple simple Outlook rules to print the letters to specific local printers (since we are using legacy printers without email addresses). Not ideal, but it worked well enough. I would be happy to answer questions about either setup.
