Hi Charles, Have you investigated SpotBright? https://timopartl.gumroad.com/l/spotbright_win10 This is a single programmer's product and it is not perfect - sometimes it takes a week or more for that treasured image (in my case it was a pumpkin field) to download, and if your computer is acting strangely, it might not work or it could double download a bunch of pictures :-( . However, I've been using it for years and have quite a collection. There's a free version but I plunked down $10 for the premium version to try to get Tim to fix a problem I was having. Most have the location where the picture was taken in the file named, but occasionally it just has a code. How SpotBright gets the image location is a mystery. It must be in the image somehow but the image info I can get at in Windows doesn't show it. I had tracked down ways to get the image files out of Windows at one time (I think this one still works https://www.online-tech-tips.com/windows-10/download-windows-10-spotlight-lock-screen-images/), but the path to the images seemed subject to change when Windows got updated, and neither the filename nor image metadata had anything about "where was this taken" which is what I wanted. Haven't found anything better than SpotBright to do what I want. (Microsoft seems to be no help at all - people have been asking for this for years!). Apparently, if you can reach the .jpg for the photo you're supposed to be able to right click and under Properties it will describe the location of that photo subject.
