[cid:[log in to unmask]] Dear Library Colleagues, The 2021 LAUC-B Conference Committee is thrilled to announce that registration* is open for our biennial conference. This year's theme is, "Reimagining Libraries Through Critical Library Practices." The conference will be held online October 5-6; registration to the conference is free, and open now! (All live attendees will also be sent the recording links; this is for people who know in advance they won't attend synchronously for any portion of the event.) Librarians' activities are embedded in and inherently tied to socio-political circumstances. This conference will emphasize and examine critical librarianship through the lens of social justice, diversity, equity, inclusion and anti-racist work.
