Tangentially related

A time consuming aspect of keeping a collection current is scanning for new editions of held items

Amazon shows new editions of texts so wondering if anyone has created a script to automatically monitor for new editions of uploaded ISBNs etc?
Perhaps OCLC has something similar re new editions - not sure

I’m not sure if this would help you, but at Lehigh we developed a free WorldCat search based on ISBNs and the entry point. This is a Google Sheets extension called MatchMarc. We’ve used this for numerous projects. You can go to matchmarc.com or email me for more info.
