Hello all -

The NDSA Leadership Team has been working on developing a way for
organizations to let us know when their Program Representative or
Authorized Signatory needs to be updated.  Up until now there has not been
an easy way to do this.  Leadership has developed a form

to assist with this, allowing you to provide us with the correct
information.

background information about contacts including when NDSA will be removing
organizations from the membership list due to lack of response or
