There is built-in screen capture in Windows 10. Hold the Windows Button, and tap the G key.  Have found the quality to be good.  A 3rd party Video Editor has to be used to Edit the Video.

Powerpoint itself has an option. I've liked it because you can
rerecord individual slides.
