My husband, no fan of the quirks of technology, has a favorite saying: "that's technology, making your life easier." This sarcastic
comment is usually followed by other words not appropriate for the job board digest. But even my husband might appreciate the virtual information sessions that employers are using to encourage and inform potential applicants. A search on
LinkedIn found
a long list of opportunities to learn about new openings, careers, and organizations. The career centers at many of our
CLIR sponsors and DLF members
are also great resources for finding information sessions and virtual career fairs. I hope
this technology does make your job hunting life a little easier.
