Dear colleagues,

I am Alex Kinnaman, the Digital Preservation Coordinator at Virginia Tech University Libraries. Currently I am working to support our digital library policy, documentation, and software management by investigating current practices in reusability of these resources in individual organizations.

We are inviting digital archivists, digital  library managers, IT professionals, and digital preservationists working with policy and software in digital libraries to participate in a 15-minute web-based survey on common practices using and supporting resource reuse. The survey will include shorter answer questions on current methods for creating reusable digital library policies and software, identify their priorities for these materials in terms of reusability, and be asked to navigate to Virginia Tech University Library policies and software to rank their usefulness and provide additional open-ended feedback.

If you are interested in more information, the web-based survey is accessible at the following link: https://virginiatech.questionpro.com/t/AVdu3Zskyv.

If you have any questions you may contact me at [log in to unmask], or VT-IRB at [log in to unmask].

Sincerely,

Alex Kinnaman
