Yes, avoid AccessiBe. They'll emphasize selling you an overlay that will not work. Kayla, when you say an OER project, does that mean both a website and/or CONTENT. Content introduces different factors for accessibility. Deque does do non-web stuff like PDF and the rest, but I do not find them to be the best for that. The people with the OER project need to really identify what aspects of the project need accessibility. If they are using any third-party products, say for the repo itself, they'll need to work with that vendor too. In my experience, they seem to be good folk and certainly know what they're doing.
