July Call: Strategic Planning for Digital Initiatives

Connect with colleagues

Our next virtual DLF Museums Cohort call takes place on

Wednesday, July 27, at 2pm ET/11am PT.

Join the DLF Museums Cohort for a conversation on digital initiatives strategy facilitated by group members Richard Urban and Heather Hart. Planned topics include challenges faced in the process and benchmarking practices, along with the opportunity for group discussion of other aspects and elements of strategic planning. In order to encourage deeper discussion, we will not record July's call.

Looking Back / Looking Ahead

Last meeting: In April, we welcomed Kendra Meyer of the American Museum of Natural History Research Library to discuss her experience of implementing a digital preservation policy and the library's first digital asset management system. If you couldn't join us live, the recording of April's call is now available to view on YouTube

Next meeting: The next quarterly meeting of DLF's Museums Cohort takes place Wednesday, October 26 at 2 pm ET/11 am PT. We are seeking a community facilitator for this call, so if you are interested in leading a conversation on a topic of interest to the Cohort, let us know at July's call or email us at [log in to unmask].
