youtube-dl (or its more featureful fork [yt-dlp](https://github.com/yt-dlp/yt-dlp)) might work. Or you could also check in your browser's developer tools (F12 on firefox), under the network tab, select media, and hit ctrl/command+shift+R. There might be a direct link to the video file in there if it's a simpler site.
