My esteemed listmates, My first entree (that just makes me hungry!) into W11 doesn't convince me W11 progress from W10. 9 steps just to create a W11 desktop icon. https://www.makeuseof.com/how-to-add-icon-to-desktop-windows/ It seems that only work for 3rd party applications.
